Sale of dine-in meals (all-you-can-eat buffet and drinks) and takeaway dishes by Au Bonheur Gourmet. Booking and takeaway links open the restaurant’s corresponding services.
2. Prices
Buffet and drink prices are displayed in euros. For questions about a price or condition, contact the restaurant at +33 4 90 39 23 80.
3. Booking & takeaway orders
No online payment: you pay at the restaurant, when dining in or when collecting your takeaway order. Accepted payment methods: cash and bank card.
4. Takeaway collection
Takeaway: order online and collect at the restaurant (96 Rue du Sous-Marin Casabianca, 84140 Montfavet) at the time slot chosen when ordering. The restaurant does not offer delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
